How Can I Review Feedback

Owners will benefit from understanding what buyers are looking for in a home. When you respond to the feedback request, the listing agent may be able to provide additional clarity for them.

Not all appointments will send you a feedback request form, but those that do can be set to send reminders several times.

From the side menu, select Feedback. You are able to search for feedback requests by listing address, agent name, client name, or listing ID. You can change the date range, to expand your search.

Under Listings I’ve Shown, you will see feedback requests that are waiting for responses. Listing Agents have options to add and edit questions on a feedback request form. They may differ from listing to listing or agent to agent.

As you scroll through the form, you can select the answers or skip them. A listing agent may reach out to you later for clarification or more information about your answers.

Select the Submit button when complete. Once a showing is confirmed, the feedback request is queued and sent after the appointment time. If you did not get to show the home because something occurred, another appointment ran late, or you had to skip the listing, you can select the I did not show this home link to indicate this to the listing agent.
