Appointments you save for later will not take into account the up-to-date status or availability. The listing time you selected may no longer be available when you submit the request. In some markets, agents may be asked to select agency types, indicate that they have access to lockboxes or are licensed to request showings in a given area.
In some markets, there may be a pre-scheduling form with information to review. These often provide additional information about the process and can be necessary steps to get the appointment confirmed.Because owners and occupants may still live in the listing you should consider the appointment to be unconfirmed until you are notified. While some appointment types are immediately confirmed, others may take a little time.
